Update a flow's name, status or category.

https://api.sudonum.com.com/v2/whatsapp/flows/{uuid}/

Partial update. Any subset of the writable fields may be sent; anything omitted is left as it is, and any field outside the writable set (flow_identifier, data, uuid, ...) is ignored rather than rejected.
On success the change is saved locally and a push to Meta is queued once the transaction commits -- the response returns before Meta has acknowledged it. Poll the flow to see the synced state.
Requires the whatsapp.change_flow permission.
